Our Hope On A Rope ~

CHRISTian poetry ~ by deborah ann

Jesus is our anchor,
our hope on a rope
He helps us daily
to manage and to cope.

We hold on tightly,
to His sufficient grace
whenever new trials
we may have to face.

Jesus is our tower,
where we safely dock
we know He is to us
our pillar and our Rock.

We cling to Him,
when there’s a storm
He keeps us moored
as our trouble’s form.

Jesus is our anchor,
our pillar and our Rock
He’s our rope of hope
all around the clock!

Hebrews 6:19

Which hope we have
as an anchor of the soul,
both sure and stedfast,
and which entereth into
that within the veil;
