Whenever I Pray ~

Whenever I pray,
my faith increases
as I release my pleas
my fear decreases.

My confidence grows stronger,
my hope is reinforced
any lingering doubtfulness
quickly gets disbursed.

My mind gets elated,
my heart more exhilarated
my cares and concerns
are promptly alleviated.

My troubles get fewer,
my enemies are defeated
any doubts that I have
swiftly are depleted.

Whenever I pray,
my faith starts exploding
for prayer keeps my trust . . .
in God from corroding!
